According to the “2011 Digital Marketing Outlook,” study conducted by the Society of Digital Agencies and Answerlab : 95% of survey respondents say they’ll be using social media this year—specifically their corporate web sites, Facebook, and Twitter. Nearly two thirds of marketing execs questioned said they believe social media is an important way to reach customers. However, the numbers show that B2Bs are making up ground.
